Hi!

I am pleased to announce that my favorite bride will play in July at the Castle Party in Poland. :D

I hope that it will be many opportunities to see MDB in 2017.

No, but I'm sure it will be a great show. A DVD/Blu Ray would be nice!!! Enjoy!

Aye, that sounds about right! Did you just find the picture on the internet or was is an inside job?

Other than that, Aaron and Andrew gave an interview before the concert, talking about how TLTS might have got its status and how outsiders perceive MDB's music differs from being in the band. Also nice to know, apparently there are already 5 songs in existence that will be on the next album.

"Turn Loose The Swans" is something very special! I remember when I listened to it in the record store when it came out. I was completely blown away, right from the beginning.

I found the setlist here:

And a short official video:

5 new songs...that's good news! Looking forward to what Andrew and Calvin wrote together!

I was in Tilburg at Roadburn on Saturday. I've seen MDB live several times, but I have to say that this was most special performance for me. Complete TLTS with Calvin and Andy on guitars, Shaun on drums... I enjoyed so much. Plus Warning and Ahab on the same night... god, what a weekend I just had... :headbang:

Hi Guys

Did My Dying Bride played Black God in holland?

if not i don't understand it.

It sucks that for my fallen angel and black god were never played live.

Sadly the band did not play Black God at Roadburn. I remember from the interview that the band did have the intention to play the song, but they did not manage to find a female singer for the part. And without one, the song would have little to no live value.

Well, normally any concert lasts an hour or two. I guess it would be a bit crazy to play Black God or For My Fallen Angel out of all other songs they have in such short time to perfom. This was special show where they played entire Turn Loose The Swans, but as Aaron said they couldn't find anyone to perform female vocals. It didn't bother me much because the show was great even without it.

Honestly, I would rather see them play Two Winters Only or The Light At The End Of The World. :headbang:
