We are pleased to announce the final tracklisting for the CD! All tracks which didn't make it will be posted online, so if yours didn't make the CD, fear not; it will still be heard. Thanks again to all bands/artists. All tracks had their merits, and it has been a lot of hard work, but finally, here are the songs which will appear on the CD:

1. The Unknown - The Cry Of Mankind
2. Tethra - Drifting Islands (inspired by MDB)
3. Grey Skies Fallen - From Darkest Skies
4. Anguish Sublime - Thy Raven Wings
5. Dominia - Two Winters Only
6. Matt Ford - Black God
7. God Eat God - Elegy (inspired by MDB)
8. Visioned Frailty - Like Gods Of The Sun

And a preview of the cover art, by Aylin Black:

Congrats to everybody on their hard work. We had a tough decision towards the end.
The tribute will be quite interesting, we'll tell you that!

What's up in here ?
Whispering my given name.
Unfurls the fingers of flame.
Nameless sons and daughters of sin.
Step forward when you hear the bells ring.

Yeah, time for an update for those not in the know.

After some delays due to legal matters, the CDs are currently being made, and I am due to receive them very soon. As soon as I have them I will reveal full details on how to order your copy, should you want one! The album will also be available online, as promised.

Expect another update very soon!

Well, now that the forum is back online, it's a great pleasure to be able to announce (although you may already know) that the album is now available!

You can get the album on CD and digital formats at https://miresofsorrow.bandcamp.com/

You can also stream the album in full, along with all the other submissions we had, which didn't make the CD tracklisting.

Thanks to you all for your interest in this project, and for your patience.

Please enjoy! And let us know your thoughts. :beerchug:

Cheers guys. I'm listening to the album right now. It's nice to hear all those songs in different arrangements. I really like Grey Skies Fallen and Anguish Sublime versions, but God Eat God's song sounds like a MDB's song MDB never recorded. :worship:

Well done to everyone involved in this (Aylin, the cover rules!).

So, i see it was a good idea to include songs inspired by MDB to this album.
