Many of you say for unknown MDB are... but maybe you just don't know the right people. A few years back I would have said the same thing... that MDB are just unknown... I've been proven wrong many times.

Perhaps you're right but it's rather difficult to find the right people... They are probably hidden in the dark. :?

That is oddly true... I have a friend... every time were handing in our usual, familiar, cheap metalhead's bar (in my town) and a MDB song comes along we're both searching for each other with our eyes, calling our names and showing "horns"... childish, yes... but very funny too...
Lol... when "Base Level Erotica" - her favorite song.. I always say "That's for you, Alexandra..." Even if she's not there.

I was indeed really surprised last year when I discovered that young yorkshire people I met didn't know anything about MDB or Doom metal...
Whispering my given name.
Unfurls the fingers of flame.
Nameless sons and daughters of sin.
Step forward when you hear the bells ring.

Here in Berlin is just a lil' community.
I've heard MdB just from the beginning as I saw "The Thrash of Naked Limbs" on MTV for the first time. This was my first MdB single.
I know no other person who is a passionate MdB listener. Exept my long gone pal (he's in the States now).
But I must admit i've never searched for other fans :D
