Voted Sear Me III, closely followed by MCMXCIII

The first 2 blow away the 3rd one, which I felt was basically unecessary and really did not add anything significant to the previous versions (except for a new version of the riff I don't really care for). The original Sear Me is a classic and very special to me as it is one of the first real doom songs I ever heard, but I vote for 93 as the best.

"Sear Me" is a master piece of pure Doom/death Metal, "Sear MCMXCIII" is beautiful and very easy to listen even for a layman of metal music, "Sear me III" is just OK.

So I voted for the master piece :)

All of them are great, but I'd have to choose Sear Me III followed by Sear Me. I voted for Sear Me III.

Sear Me (1992) is byfar the best. It has very good guitar riffs, and the latin lyrics makes this song huge! Sear Me MCMXCIII has a very good feel to it, but it's an intro song of sorts... I don't really listen to Sear Me III... period

Choose the first one ! This version with a violin is absolutely awsome.

I really didnt know if I should pic MCMXCIII or III, but my playlist says I've listened to MCMXCIII more often than III, so I voted for MCMXCIII:)

It will always be Sear Me MCMXCIII for me. It was such a departure from the bands style on As The Flower Withers, and a very brave opening track for their second album.. Might well have been Aarons first foray into clean singing for MDB too?

I would be very interested to hear another Sear Me track one day... though I suppose as a trinity it works best!

All three songs are great, but the second one is the best - a really heavy and dark song with piano and violin. :violin: It is a great achievement to create such a heavy and dark song without guitars and drums. :worship:

Sear me III

The "ill" sounding main riff and soft vocals did it for me.
