My Dying Bride Forum

Take from me the crown of sympathy...

MDB Lyric Game

Discuss the weather, your parents, your kids, the elections, in short anything that has nothing to do with My Dying Bride or metal, really.

Yep, another game thread, I actually dreamt this thread so lets see if it works or falls flat on its face

The game is to quote a line from any MDB song, the next person then states which song the quote is from and then posts a new quote.

"When I see your face, all the angels are shamed"

Ah! But which one? Unless I thoroughly mistaken it could as well be Return of the Beautiful as Return to the beautiful.

Assuming I am right:

I arrived splashed with blood and try to fix my hair

Great thanks to Darklink for having pointed out this jewel to me.

Did I ? Man, it's been so long. Maybe you should plan to come to Montreal at some point !

And All Their Joy Was Drowned (not, of course, that I care ;))

This one is great indeed.

Now:

Once taken by the river, Orpheus died in my arms
Whispering my given name.
Unfurls the fingers of flame.
Nameless sons and daughters of sin.
Step forward when you hear the bells ring.

Splendid idea, yet atleast the containments of my wallet or the ticket prices will have to change for something like that to be possible. :P

I don't know this particulair quote, anyone?
