The new album by Spurv, the band of Les Ténèbres, previous moderator on this forum.

It's called Myra and it kicks ass.

I gave it a try after reading your comment. I find it interesting how they find an harmony to the whole album, despite the very heavy and dark athmosphere it generates. Track 8 is epic. More into upbeat metal these days but worth giving it a try, thanks for sharing !

Great that you gave it a go and liked it. :) I don't really have a favourite at this point, but I do like the final track as well, especially due to the intro with Martin Heidegger. It's daring with the risk of it getting cheesy, but I think it works. That, and the fact that I believe most people could do with a little more continental philosophy in their lives.
