For well over a year now I've been considering a tattoo of The Dreadful Hours artwork, and I feel exactly the same about it. I feel particularly drawn to the winged character, and the album itself has huge significance for me. Now that I'm almost in a position where I can afford it, all that remains is to find someone who can do it perfectly.
And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

Thank you for your encouragement! I'm going to have it on my chest, I always liked the idea of the demon in the image protecting my heart :) and thank you so much for linking me to that tattooist - it's been really hard trying to find someone who does tattoos in the right style! The way he blends colours is perfect. Is he based in London, do you know?
